COVID-19 Policy

We are pleased to say that our clinic is open for face-to-face care, as dental treatments are an essential medical service. You are encouraged to book and attend dental appointments, as it is important to your overall health.

We understand that you may be feeling nervous about attending the practice, but we want to assure you that delivering safe and efficient care is still our top priority. We have adapted to this new situation by using new protocols and equipment to ensure the safety of patients and staff alike. Please make sure to follow the 7 simple steps below while visiting our practice.

  • Please do not attend the surgery if you have been diagnosed with Covid-19. We will reschedule your appointment for another time. If you are experiencing covid-like symptoms, please get tested and inform us of any positive result.
  • Please ensure you don’t turn up too early or be late, in order to limit the number of people in the waiting room.
  • Please try to attend your appointment alone unless it is a necessity.
  • Please clean your hands as you enter and leave the practice using antibacterial gel.
  • Please ensure that you wear a mask when arriving at the surgery.
  • Please try to pay with card as much as possible.
  • Please try to limit your contact with surfaces at the surgery as much as possible.

We look forward to seeing you at the practice!
